Meet the Owners

We are three moms on a mission to provide excellence in skilled therapy services for the children within our community. We are a family centered clinic, focusing on what is important to both the parent and child.

Firm Foundation Pediatric Therapy is the result of a big dream and a huge leap of faith. Kim Roach began as the sole therapist and owner offering physical therapy services within the home, clinic, and two local school districts.

In 2021, Kim saw the need to expand her business and connected with a local occupational therapist, Anna Claire Pritchard, and speech therapist, Annie Robertson.  In 2022 they became three separate entities operating under one roof, which allows them to ensure the best client care within each of their specialties.

By God’s goodness and faithfulness, the year 2022 quickly became a year of growth.  The original clinic, located on E. Reynolds Dr., was quickly outgrown. In June, we made the move down the road to E. Kentucky Ave. The current location is over twice the square footage of the original location and allows each discipline to maximize their therapy services within an environment that is conducive to learning and gaining new skills.

We consider it an honor and a privlege to work with each family that walks into our doors. Together as a team, Kim, Annie, and Anna Claire hope to provide excellent therapy services to the Ruston community and surrounding areas for many years to come.
